Positiv Turn up camp wherever you like semi wild camping with a couple of sinks and portaloos which were lovely and clean.
Three Alpacas live on site which dogs found interesting 😀

Positiv It was lovely had a greet time the views were amazing are dog molly loved it nice people on site the site manager came a couple of times through the day checking everything ok and animals and alpacas were great

Positiv We loved the scenery and stripped back camping experience. The portaloos were kept clean, site managed well and friendly staff who popped by on arrival.

Negativ Track on the way up to campsite very bumpy and tight. But not the campsite owners faults and the bumpy drive it worth it for the views you are rewarded with.

Positiv Perfect location - close distance to the lake. Lovely walks around the campsite with a local pub. Will be coming back.

Positiv Plenty of space on a busy bank holiday, felt like we had our own private area which was nice. Amenities were basic but knew that before we went, porta loos were looked after and washing up area was useful. Beautiful views and since we had space, meant it was very quiet. Was great we could have fire pit/ bbq. Will go back!

Positiv We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this campsite. The site was beautifully maintained, clean, and had a really welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The toilets was just your standard port a loos but was kept clean.

The location was perfect, with lovely surroundings and plenty to see and do nearby. It was peaceful and relaxing while still having everything we needed close at hand. Very dog friendly too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We genuinely loved every minute of our stay and were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Positiv The location is beautiful and the campers this weekend were friendly. The host was also lovely and very welcoming. Lots of space and family friendly

And there was only three portaloos for the site that were pretty bad state by Sunday evening

Thanks for the feedback.

For our first week of the year we did completely underestimate the number of toilets needed especially with the heat we've had this week. It is something we have learnt from and looking to improve for when we reopen in July.

It does state on our Pitchup profile that we don't have any running water onsite.
