Negativ It’s in a pub car park which isn’t explained.
It’s hard to find because the postcode isn’t where the pub is.
The ‘customer service’ is a joke.
WiFi doesn’t work.
No paper towels or loo roll in the toilets.
Hard standing doesn’t come with any grass area to sit. Staff are rude.

Positiv Great campsite, we spent the Saturday night with 3 other campers and we all thought it was a lovely spot and the food was good
We were a tad noisy as we were watching the football so they did have a word with us, totally understandable

Positiv Very professional reception. Beautiful small site. Useful little shop. Superb bathrooms, it feels like you have your own en suite - clean, well equipped, everything that you need and nothing you don't. The site only started a few months ago, but to my mind they have it all exactly right, they've thought of everything.

Negativ Can't think of a single thing. Ooh - just for info, the site is behind the Swan. I drove past it twice before I realised! The postcode doesn't really help, so just look out for the Swan, a very nice establishment.

Positiv Clean and tidy. Nice size pitch and friendly staff. Clean facilities and a good price. WiFi reached the pitches too! Modesty shop was a nice touch too

Negativ Only one properly operational toilet but site was quiet so not too much of an issue

Positiv Facilities clean and staff very friendly. Loved the car show that was on when I first turned up it was peaceful and enjoyable- no problems at all. Very quiet at night time and lots to do around- must visit the treehouse cafe in hay on Wye- lovely place for coffee by the river.

Negativ WiFi wasn’t great but that’s not what we’re there for. Was peaceful without.
