Gostou The quiet & small site. Only about 10 other pitches. Showers were warm & close. Lovely little site for a quiet night away or a great stop over to restock & chill before moving on. Having the pub there for food was great.

Gostou Quiet site, no disturbance from pub or road
Clean showers and toilets, plenty of hot water. Nice honesty shop with essentials. Not far from Hereford or Hay on Wye. Nice river swimming at Brewardine Bridge 5 mins away.

Gostou Everything about this site, quiet, excellent onsite facilities, great value for money and having the pub attached is a real bonus. Staff were great and big shout out to the chef who was brilliant, great food served. 5 star ⭐

Gostou Very little.

Não gostou It’s in a pub car park which isn’t explained.
It’s hard to find because the postcode isn’t where the pub is.
The ‘customer service’ is a joke.
WiFi doesn’t work.
No paper towels or loo roll in the toilets.
Hard standing doesn’t come with any grass area to sit. Staff are rude.

We're naturally disappointed to read your comments, particularly as they don't reflect the experience of the vast majority of our guests.
Firstly, our campsite is not located in the pub car park.

The pitches are situated in a private camping area behind the pub and separate from the customer car park, something that is clearly shown within our listing and photographs.
We also note your comments regarding finding the site.

The location details provided on the booking are correct, and we're always happy to assist guests by telephone should they have any difficulty locating us.

During your stay, no concerns regarding the Wi-Fi, facilities or customer service were raised with us, which is always disappointing as we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve any genuine issues immediately.

We take great pride in maintaining our facilities and providing friendly service, which is reflected in the many positive reviews we've received from guests who have stayed with us.

While we're sorry that we weren't the right fit for your stay, we wish you all the best with your future travels.

Gostou Great campsite, we spent the Saturday night with 3 other campers and we all thought it was a lovely spot and the food was good
We were a tad noisy as we were watching the football so they did have a word with us, totally understandable

Gostou Very professional reception. Beautiful small site. Useful little shop. Superb bathrooms, it feels like you have your own en suite - clean, well equipped, everything that you need and nothing you don't. The site only started a few months ago, but to my mind they have it all exactly right, they've thought of everything.

Não gostou Can't think of a single thing. Ooh - just for info, the site is behind the Swan. I drove past it twice before I realised! The postcode doesn't really help, so just look out for the Swan, a very nice establishment.
