Polubione Wonderful little site. It’s sectioned off behind the swan inn pub. Lovely individual pitches, electric included. Great price if no dogs with you. Lovely shower block & toilets & super honesty box shop stocked with essentials. Definitely stay again. Pub handy for meals too.

Niepolubione Pricey if you bring dogs! £5 each dog per night and no facilities for dogs to warrant the extra charge.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the dog charge. We do charge £5 per dog per night, which helps towards the additional cleaning and maintenance involved with welcoming dogs onto the campsite.

That said, your total for a Friday night, including your pitch, electric hook-up and two dogs, was £28, which we feel still represents very good value for an overnight stay with the facilities provided.

Polubione Very quiet site even though it backs onto a pub.
Very large pitches
Very hot and spacious showers
Friendly bar tender

Niepolubione Kitchen / honesty shop / washing up area was a bit grubby but probably just needed a end of season deep clean
Quite a few tall weeds in the hardstanding areas
Brambles could do with cutting back to make accessing water and electrics easier on those pitches

Polubione Pub was nice, toilet block warm and looked clean .. was put on the best pitch with plantly of room

Polubione Quiet location (visited on a bank holiday weekend)

Pitches are spacious

Shower and toilet facilities were modern - they are combined wet room style facilities with toilet and shower within same room (3 available)

Washing up facilities were good, laundry facilities available that I observed other campers using, there is a honesty shop in situ which was good for grabbing some snacks and drinks.

Pitches are the the rear of swan inn pub, nice quiet pub - food menu was limited to smash burgers and loaded fries but it did the job

The camp site had WiFi which was quite reasonable and steady speed.

There are around 8 or 9 spaces so not too big

Niepolubione It is very remote - not really a dislike but it’s literally in middle of nowhere, not many things nearby and if you do want something other than the pub adjacent then it’s a commute. As I say not a dislike but more a be aware, you’ll get a quiet time because of its remote location but don’t expect to be able to access plenty of services or locations as it’s the camp site facilities including honesty shop and the swan inn pub.

Polubione Small quiet campsite behind a lovely little pub. Facilities were clean and the pitches were decent. Little honesty shop which was a life saver when I was cooking breakfast and realised we left the baked beans at home! There’s also a fantastic farm shop 5 minutes down the road, where we bought lots of fresh local produce to cook dinners with.

We’re pleased you liked our shower facilities and honesty shop.

We’re sorry to hear there was rubbish left from previous guests — this should have been cleared and we’ll make sure greater attention is paid to this between departures and arrivals.
Regarding your pitch location, although the campsite may have appeared quiet during your stay, pitches are allocated to allow for bookings and arrivals throughout the day rather than simply spreading guests across the field.

We do charge £5 per dog per night, which is clearly stated when booking and contributes towards the additional cleaning and upkeep associated with operating a dog-friendly campsite.

Your total charge for an August electric motorhome pitch, including your dog, was £25 for the night. We feel this represents very good value, particularly during the summer season and with electric hook-up and use of our facilities included.

We appreciate that our pricing won't suit everyone, but we do believe £25 for the stay represents a fair price.

Polubione It was close to hay on wye

Niepolubione Smaller then anticipated and didn’t look like photos, partner found staff to be rude on check in, I called the number as stated they had no reception and it said this number could not be connected, also a whole day one of the toilets had no paper so it hasn’t been checked and the other 2 toilets wouldn’t lock properly, my partner had to stand outside.
