Camping Simplonblick is in Raron, just off the main road in the centre of the Upper Valais and easily accessible by car, motorcycle and train.

The site has modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an on-site restaurant with a spacious terrace and a bar; a small kiosk stocked with many essential items, and even a gas station.

Leisurewise there are darts, football tables, a playground, ping pong tables, two pétanque courts and three trampolines. Guests can also relax by the pool and sunbathe in the ample surrounding garden. During the school holidays, the staff will keep the kids entertained with lots of activities.

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Due to canton regulations, customers are required to use local bin bags. These must be purchased on site.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the campsite must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the campsite/park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras
A motorbike can be brought instead of the car included.

General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to the reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to our attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
The bar and/or restaurant is open between 7am and 10pm.
The grocery shop is open between 8am and 7pm.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Total silence must be respected between 10pm and 7am.

Pool
Only campsite guests are authorised to use the pool.
Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception
Reception is open from 8am to 10am and from 3pm to 5pm between 01/04 - 30/06 and 17/08 - 31/10.
Reception is open from 8am to 11.30am and from 2.30pm to 8pm between 01/07 and 16/08.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes
Local city tax of Fr 0.60 per person over the age of 1 per night (up to 0 nights) is not included and must be paid on arrival.
Local eco/city tax of Fr 1 per person over the age of 16 per night is not included and must be paid on arrival.

Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 10pm and 7am.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra cars must be parked in the designated area.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on the campsite.
