Y avait-il une coupure de courant ou n'aviez-vous pas la prise adaptée ? Nous disposons de branchements équipés de prises CEE standard, que l'on trouve dans presque tous les campings d'Europe.

Em va agradar Location - the scenery was spectacular. Walking distance to the train station and lifts up the mountain.
The nearby town had one little supermarket but stocked all you might need on a visit.

Toilets and shower facilities were spotless and well kept.

Electricity and water easily accessible from your chosen pitch.

No em va agradar No clear instructions on what to do upon arrival. Office was closed so asked the staff in the onsite restaurant who advised me to just find a pitch myself.

Did not see any staff in the office during my 4 day visit so couldn’t get any advice should I have needed it.

Regarding the instructions upon arrival: every guest receives an email before their stay with all the instructions/information. Also we placed information at the entrance of the campsite, as well as info where to call if you need any help. The reception of Simplonblick is integrated at the campsite Santa Monica, which you find 400m further up the road.
The Simplonblick doesn't have an occupied reception of it's own.

Em va agradar Lovely site with flat pitches. Toilets and Showers were excellent - new, clean and tidy.
The restaurant was nice and food good.
Great to have the pool still open into September, thanks.

No em va agradar No dislikes but be aware that the site is near the main road and train line giving good access but can be noisy.
Pool could do with a regular clean around the water line but didn’t effect use. Tarmac edge around pool is a bit rough so recommend sliders or flip flops .

Clean toilets and showers (although limited to 5 mins).
Lovely swimming pool for a dip but not overly clean and certainly not enough to do lengths if that’s what you want.

No em va agradar Had to paid 3fr for an orange bin bag to get rid of rubbish.
Pool was a little dirty.

We think it is fairer, that everyone pays for what he throws away and this system is practically in all of Switserland in use.

Em va agradar Easy to locate and the pitches were spacious.
The facilities were fantastic! All extremely clean and the shower having a timer was a nice touch. The swimming pool is rough around the edges so I would keep that in mind however it’s a lovely touch and nice to use after a long hike.

The restaurant was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. It’s nice they’re opened till slightly later especially after a long drive/hike.

Everything is also well lit and relatively close.

Em va agradar facilities were great and clean, got to choose own pitches and was self check in.

No em va agradar Pool wasn’t very clean however was a great addition to the small campsite

Em va agradar Swimming pool is the best here, pitches are poor and dry, hard to camp on with tent. Shop is available however food restaurant is available. WiFi did not work for me or people in the past either. There are small lizards on site so be aware and insect bites can happen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are not effectivly working.

Camping is an experience of the great outdoors. So it goes without saying that there are insects and other animals around. The pitches were hard and dry, as there hasn’t been much rain since March. Here, too, we’re at the mercy of nature.
Judging by your review, you’re not really the camping type and would be better off staying in a hotel or appartment.
