  • A small rural campsite in the Belgian countryside

At Camping Cobut you will find pitches for all types of units by the river Molignée.

On site there is a large stone barbecue, as well as a bar and restaurant where you can enjoy Belgian beers and a meal. The bar has a terrace that is heated for the colder evenings of spring and autumn.

There is a playground for children and a pétanque court for all. You can borrow the boules from the bar. Fishing is allowed in the river if you have a permit.

The showers, toilets, and water tap are located in the main building and are free to use.

The area is ideally suited for small and big hikes with hiking trails through the woods and over the wide, hilly landscapes.

There is a marked path of 160 kilometres nearby for bikers and many scenic routes to explore.

There are many on and off road bicycle trails to discover the valley of the Molignée.

Enjoy water sports at the lake Eau d'Heure in Boussu-Lez-Walcourt.

Nearby you can visit the Abbey of Maredsous.

Discover the fortified citadel of Namur, the capital of Wallonia. You will also find the Felicien Rops Museum and the Museum of Ancient Namur Arts which present a collection of medieval and renaissance art including paintings, sculptures, silver, glass and embroideries.

Enjoy a day out at the Aventure Park in Wavre or at the nature Chlorophylle Park in Manhay.

No penalties

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

Please note that your deposit is paid to and is non-refundable.


A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now.

The remainder is payable on arrival.


Local city tax of €1.00 per night per person over 11 is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival.

Local eco/city tax of €1.00 (£0.88) per person over the age of 11 per night is not included and must be paid on arrival.

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Quiet hours must be respected between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The bar and/or restaurant is open between 01/04 and 31/08.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Group bookings of 40 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
