What customers say
This is a very clean and well-maintained site in a beautiful location, close to Cenarth Falls. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, immaculate toilet and shower facilities, and the on-site bar and restaurant, which serves excellent food. The spa and pool facilities are also popular. While most visitors had a positive experience, a few mentioned issues with shower water pressure, limited facilities at peak times, and the cost of the spa.

We never used the bar/restaurant but it looked lovely.
Disliked Price of pool, £10 per person with £1 discount because we were staying. Small outdoor pool filthy dirty, full of algae and closed.
Despite having a 10pm quiet time it was very very noisy with booming music coming from a van opposite. Tried ringing the bar to complain at 11pm & 11.30 but noone available as the bar was shut. The noise stopped many children and babies from sleeping disrupting lots of campers.
2 showers and toilets in each male and female could do with more as there was always a wait with over 20 plots.

Liked Not much
Disliked Too close to other campers ! No toilet roll in toilets no matter what time you went ! Only 2 washing up sinks
Only 2 ladies toilets
Only 2 showers in total in the ladies with one of them being for the disabled person! ot enough facilities for how many people were on site! Toilet block needs updating for more people to use
Noisy at night with people drinking and music till gone 12 at night !
