Our Welsh Caravan and Camping is a peaceful site with high-quality facilities, set in the south Wales valleys in Bridgend, surrounded by outstanding scenery and plenty of native trees. It's a quiet site, with no noise after 10.30pm.

The campsite is level and is at the river’s edge on Hendre Ifan Goch Farm - a working sheep farm where you can meet all the animals.

Facilities include toilets, hot showers and a family/disabled room with shower and toilet facilities.

The site has access to many mountain bike trails and also the Celtic Trail if you're looking for an activity break. The Taff Ely Ridgeway walk originates in Glynogwr.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via
Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 01/08 and 31/08.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 07/04 - 31/07 and 01/09 - 31/10.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Additional terms

All caravans, motorhomes and tents must be of proprietary manufacture and in good condition.

On arrival a sticker and entry codes will be issued. This sticker must be displayed for inspection in a prominent position for the duration of your stay.

All caravans and motorhomes must park on the pitch bearing the number allocated on the registration form.

No tents are to be pitched between caravans or on the caravan area unless the park staff have given authorisation.

No dog kennels are allowed to be placed on site.

The site does not accept vans, trucks, commercial vehicles or any type of converted commercial vehicles on site. The site also refuses entry to large caravans (Hobby/LMC, Tabbart, Roma, Wieppert).

Skateboarding and roller skating is prohibited on the caravan site.

This is a peaceful site, designed our holidays with families and couples in mind. The site does accept small groups provided members respectful and quiet.
