Liked Really good location. Took my baby camping for the first time and I’ve never been to a campsite with a microwave this was amazing and so handy. Loved the fact you could rent a fire pit. Amazing there was free WiFi aswell.

Nothing…
Electric grass pitch
Liked Nothing
Disliked What can I say, the worst campsite I have stayed on to date. Sink area stinks of sewage. People up till 4am talking and shouting. No staff onsite at night. If you are looking for a relaxing well maintained campsite don't stay here.
We had a 4 month old baby with us and it was like staying in hell.

From the manager: Hi
We would like to address a few important points regarding your review.
First of all, we are available on-site 24/7 if anything happens! you only need to call and we will come right away!!
Issues can also be reported in the morning at reception.
Throughout your entire stay, we did not receive a single report or complaint from you.
Furthermore, there are 3 phone numbers displayed on the reception door with clear instructions to call in case of any need. Regarding the noise at night, we kindly ask guests to report such situations immediately so we can intervene and ensure quiet hours for everyone.
As for the odor by the sink area, we were waiting for the sewage collection service, which unfortunately could not arrive earlier than scheduled. However, that issue is now completely resolved.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Thank you!
Yet another amazing trip 🏴
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Returned 7 years after my first visit, This time round with my partner for her first time camping, amenities on site are still on top, plenty of showers and toilets, friendly staff and amazing views! (And military aircraft!)
Disliked Faint smell of sewage from time to time was the only thing, can't take that away from how nice the visit was!

Would definitely visit again.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Beautiful location.
Self check-in by means of an email giving pitch number.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Shop/coffee a few minutes walk away.
Short drive into Dolgellau which has easy parking.
Disliked Slightly confusing when we arrived as to where our pitch was located. I parked and had to walk around for a bit to locate it. The park has 4 small 'zones' which could benefit from bigger signs....otherwise I'd have given 10/10

Fab site:)
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Great site, clean facilities, logs to purchase with fire pit hire, beautiful walks nearby, friendly staff, good flat pitches.
Disliked Noisy large group of neighbours (up all night across several nights) but not the site's fault.

Average site overly expensive
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The scenery
Disliked Facilities need updated and scrubbers adding to the showers. 2 angry scouse ladies having a full on scrap in their tent next to our pitch. Vehicles parked randomly infront of lake field which made moving the motorhome a challenge. Most expensive site per night on our road trip and not value for money.

From the manager: We wish you had been able to call and inform us about the neighboring campers at the time so we could have stepped in immediately to handle the disruption.
Regarding your comments on the amenities, our facilities are cleaned multiple times a day, and upgrading our showers is also a priority as we continuously work to improve our guests' experience and value.
We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a much better stay.
Thank you.
Good proximity to dolgellau and starbucks
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked The facilities - fridge, microwave, kettle etc
Disliked Smell of sewerage near reception. Also there is no water there. The images of being able to camp next to water are misleading as there is no water. It has been replaced by horses.

We absolutely loved this campsite! As…
Electric grass pitch
Liked We absolutely loved this campsite! As first-time campers, it had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The toilets and showers were always clean, and we never had to wait to use them. The washing-up facilities were just as good.
Being able to hire a fire pit and buy firewood and lighting kits on site was incredibly helpful, as we’re still learning and weren’t sure exactly what we’d need. Having drinking water available directly on our pitch was another huge plus. We’d been worried about not bringing enough water storage and having to make repeated trips to a communal tap, so this made things so much easier.
We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back!
