Liked A great site, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, the staff great, the facilities were great and the site well laid out.
Disliked Please lengthen the time the lights are on in the facilities. The lights turning off every few seconds while having a shower was annoying, but the showere were great.

From the manager: Thank you so much Ian for your fantastic review. We're delighted to hear that you consider us the best park you've ever stayed at. It's wonderful to know you found everything spotless, enjoyed our facilities, and that our team helped make your stay such a positive experience.
We also really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the lighting in the shower facilities. We understand how frustrating it can be when the lights switch off while you're showering, and we'll certainly review the timer settings to see if we can improve the experience for our guests.
Thank you again for your kind words and helpful suggestion. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another great stay.

Liked Really nice and convenient location;
Took the train from Llanfair to Welshpool and walked to Powis Castle, then back and walked around Welshpool before catching the train back to Llanfair - nice day out!
Went to Harlech Beach, very nice and easy to get to with none of the hassle of Barmouth.

From the manager: Hello Kev,
Thank you for your feedback and 10/10.
We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the helpfulness of our warden, Paul, and the convenient areas for dog walking and kids to play. We want to note that we don't advertise on-site WiFi, and while we understand the importance of good signal, we aim to provide a more relaxed, unplugged and connection experience for our guests away from ipads and mobile phones. It was Great to see the children loved the river, walking, games and BBQs.
