Riverbend Caravan Park

Liked Site was spotless throughout. Bathrooms were the best I've seen on a campsite. Several toilets and (hot) showers, separate for men and women.
Loads of space on the pitch itself, with both water and hook up.

Disliked Not much in the local area, but obviously this isn't an issue with the campsite itself, which I honestly couldn't fault.

Regarding the local area, we completely understand that finding attractions can sometimes be tricky if you're visiting somewhere new. It's always wise to have a quick Google of the area before travelling, as there is actually an abundance to see and do around Riverbend. Our washrooms also have plenty of tourist information, leaflets and local guides to help guests discover what's nearby.
Some of the many attractions include Lake Vyrnwy, Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall, Powis Castle, the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, the Sculpture Park at Llanwyddyn, beautiful walks, cycling routes, charming market towns, local pubs, cafés, and plenty of opportunities for wildlife spotting and exploring the stunning Mid Wales countryside.

Liked Amazing location, very peaceful and well kept. Facilities were immaculate, cleaned several times daily. Lyndsey and Angie very warm and welcoming. Massive sized pitches, perfectly finished with picnic tables and water hookup.

Couldn’t ask for better would definitely recommend and will be returning

Liked A great site, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, the staff great, the facilities were great and the site well laid out.

Disliked Please lengthen the time the lights are on in the facilities. The lights turning off every few seconds while having a shower was annoying, but the showere were great.

Liked Lovely clean and luxurious showers and toilet block. Lovely pitch with tree for shade very much appreciated by the dogs. The field on the other side of the river where the dogs coukd safelybrnyer and paddle was a great I. The hot weather.

Disliked Only small thing not a fan of push button showers. Appreciate where hot and reduces water waste.

Liked Superb site - found on chat gpt as good stop over on way to shell island. So glad we found it.

Site is immaculate-one of the best I have been to. Facilities and pitches are pristine.

Pitched up early evening. 2 minute walk to nice pub.

Enclosed dog field and quality of shower rooms were a welcomed surprise.

Liked We had a great pitch very close to the amazing facilities. It was absolutely spotless! Great pub and only a few minutes walk away, unfortunately they don't allow dogs inside which was a shame as we got caught in the rain a few times.

Liked Location is lovely with river walk on site. Lots of birds to see. Great size pitch with picnic bench on grass next to hardstanding.
