Cuddfan bell tent

Liked Everything! The setting was private, tranquil and beautiful. It was cold being february but the fire pit and log burner in the yurt kept us cosy.

The hot shower was great in the cold mornings.

The owner was very responsive with all our questions.

We will definitely be back in the summer!

Bryn Hafod - Summer on the Hill non-electric forest floor tent pitch

Liked Very secluded area, with very little noise from the nearby road. A beautiful stream to hike down to the nearby pub.

Disliked The tent was preset up, which was amazing. But there were a few medium sized stones under the ground sheet, and they were accidentally stepped on a few times and were painful. I think that should have been checked and removed when they set it up, if there was no preset up tent there, we would have checked the ground before setting up our own tent.

From the manager: Hi Guys

Sorry about the stones, I'll look into it today. Glad you enjoyed though.

Cheers for coming.

Bryn Hafod - Summer on the Hill non-electric forest floor tent pitch

Liked A wonderful place to camp. Best bit was the privacy and being surrounded by nature. It's a basic site but that's great and how camping should be. Toilet was clean and shower was a luxury as was the sink and prep area. We made good use of the fire pit each evening. Even though we didn't meet the owners, they were incredibly helpful. Local area is brilliant too including the local pub.
