What customers say
This campsite is praised for its beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views and friendly, helpful owners. Visitors highlight the on-site animals as a major draw, alongside clean facilities and spacious pitches. While some noted the basic nature of the facilities, including a single shower, and occasional road noise, these were often outweighed by the positive aspects. The site is considered good value and suitable for a relaxing countryside escape.

Liked Absolutely amazing campsite! We had such a wonderful stay. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything.
The honesty shop is a lovely touch, with fresh eggs collected the very same day from the beautiful free-roaming hens around the campsite. There is also firewood available to buy if you run out, which is very convenient.
The animals make this place extra special — the goats, sheep, and chickens are lovely, and the children absolutely loved seeing them. The surrounding views are stunning and create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities were spotless, especially the bathrooms, which were always clean and well maintained.
You can really see how much love and care the owners put into this campsite. A perfect place for families, nature lovers, and anyone looking for a quiet countryside escape. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
