What customers say
This site offers stunning views and a beautiful location close to Oban. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful. Facilities, particularly toilets and showers, are generally clean but frequently described as dated, basic, and in need of refurbishment, with some guests reporting issues with drainage, water temperature, and cleanliness. The water supply is often reported as undrinkable, requiring boiling. Pitches are typically grass, can be uneven and sloping, and may become waterlogged in wet weather. Access roads are narrow. WiFi is limited and often unavailable on pitches. Many guests note the site seems to prioritise static lodges over touring facilities.

Very steep land no good for tents or units without chocks
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Nothing about this site did we like which is hard to say but true for us
Disliked This site is only interested in its holiday homes and campers are a second thought. No fresh water all water comes from the hills and has to be boiled, NO WiFi, no laundry facilities (comment from warden- "the lodges have washing machines") well chuck that doesn't help the camper if needed. It was park up where every you like and as the evening progressed it was chaos as people were trying to find a spot and having to close camp to the next person's unit. Wardens and Team its not hard work to mark out pitches and also add to your map where the electric hook up points are as people including me had to walk your very steep site to find the points.
Bathroom facilities - Yuck! not clean, no privacy showers have no where to get undress and dressed as you have to exit the shower and dry and change in the main communal area - again it feels like an after thought. Too far out from Oben Taxi £10

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Staff were lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Field was well maintained. And a nice wee shop.
Disliked Only 1 small shower cubicle, and 2 toilets. Which both ran out of toilet paper on 2 separate nights.
Could do witha bin or 2 in the fields.
Duck enclosure needs a good upgrade.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked The quiet site. We were in electric hook up grass pitches, staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. perfect for us as I suffer from ongoing health issues and mobility,, nice little walks to take the dog. I certainly re charged my batteries.
Disliked Road to come down, one track and quite narrow. Brown water but you can buy at the shop, toilets were ok but we were on a grass pitch, so we did expect the floor to be dirty, especially with kids running out and in.

Overall, a very nice site
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely park, well situated, helpful Staff
Disliked Bit disappointed with cleanliness of shower facilities, however, did notice that campers didn't clean cubicles after use. Maybe installation of a long handled squeegee in each cubicle would encourage users to clean up after themselves
