What customers say
This is a highly-rated campsite with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, particularly warden Rhona. Visitors praise the cleanliness of facilities and pitches, and many highlight the excellent location with lovely harbour and sea views, offering easy access to town amenities and coastal walks. Some minor drawbacks mentioned include dated shower blocks, pitches being close together, and occasional noise from the harbour or external sources, though the site itself is generally described as quiet.

Disliked Noise from onsite campers, people who are there permanently, went on from 5.30 til. 8.30pm and briefly around 9.30pm. Loud shouting laughing and swearing. When you’ve got headphones on because it’s so bad and you can still hear them, that’s too much. Then outside noise until past midnight, beeping and wheel spinning, shouting from people in above car park. Also kids running around the site, people driving around who shouldn’t have been there. Barely had 3 hours sleep.
