Glastonbury Tor on the horizon. Surrounded by the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Overlooking the Somerset Levels. No need to bother about putting up a tent. There’s an awful lot to love about Tor View Glamping, in a spectacular rural position near Wells in Somerset.
And it’s the glampsite that just keeps on giving. Just two ultra-stylish bell tents tucked into a hillside strewn with wild flowers, with plenty of room between each tent for total privacy. Each tent is fitted with luxurious furnishings including a proper double bed (all linens provided), ample storage in chests and drawers, and lots of little luxuries like fresh flowers, solar-powered lighting and snuggly blankets.
Outside both bell tents is panoramic wooden decking with picnic-bench seating; just the spot for a bit of R&R with a glass of (complimentary) Prosecco in hand.
Personal-use compost toilets, hot showers and a well-equipped communal outdoor kitchen (covered so you can cook no matter what the weather is doing) add to the tally of handy comforts on site. Barbecues are also provided if you feel like a dreamy night around the campfire while gazing out over the views.
A couple of practicalities: the bell tents sleep two, but a camp bed can be provided for a child, and sorry, no dogs on site.

No refunds within 5 days of arrival date.
Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
Payment
A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now. Tor View Glamping will debit the balance from your card 1 week before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 1 week then the balance will be taken immediately.
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking, or at any point before the due date.
