What customers say
This is a basic, no-frills campsite offering excellent value. Visitors highlight the ample space, freedom to pitch anywhere, and beautiful location ideal for walking. The compost toilets are consistently praised for cleanliness. Friendly staff and proximity to a local pub are also appreciated. Some guests noted potential for noise from other campers and a lack of showers/washing facilities, which aligns with the advertised 'back to basics' ethos.

Amazing vibe
Non-electric grass and earth pitch
Liked The vibe! This campsite is one of the most chilled sites I've stayed at. This was our sixth time staying and it was just as lovely as always. They have compost loos, but they are the cleanest ones I've ever used. The staff are lovely and so are the other campers. The Priddy Folk Festival was on this particular camp and we were surrounded by folk musicians playing, which made it extra special.
Disliked Would love if they have showers, but they don't... and they make this clear in advance, so this is not affecting my score.

Great place for a quiet getaway.
Non-electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Loads of space and not too busy. It is basic but that is exactly what we like.
There is a nice pub just 10mins walk down a quiet country road to the edge of Priddy.
We had food there and it was reasonably priced and good quality.

Lovely quiet campsite.
Non-electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Lovely, quiet campsite. Pitch anywhere, perfect spot to chill and relax (and watch farmer rounding up sheep across the way!). 3 lovely big fields to choose from, pub not too far up the road. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much.
