What customers say
This campsite offers a peaceful, rustic experience with spacious pitches, often nestled between apple trees. Visitors praised the exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, Les and Elaine. Children enjoyed interacting with the farm animals. While facilities are basic, with a portaloo but no showers, guests found it ideal for stopovers and short stays. The location is convenient for travel and walks to the coast. Some noted long grass and potential traffic noise, but overall guests found it to be good value and would return.

Liked Stopped here as a solo traveller. Whilst coming through the area doing a 200.mile.solo charity walk from paignton to Birmingham..when I booked..just thought it would be somewhere to rest..which I did and refreshed well to continue the walk. But from the moment I arrived. Les ( the owner) welcomed me to the site site like family.. he couldn't do enough for me. A real diamond geezer. With all the rubbish going on in the world. It's good to come across someone genuine. Helpful And humble. Gives you faith in humanity again
Nice walk to Burnham on sea front ( about 30 mins) loved my morning talks with the chickens and the sheep on site. 😅
Would definitely stay again..

Liked We stayed here for a night to break up the journey from home to Devon the location is very convenient just few minutes from the M5. It was extremely peaceful considering its close to a main road. Very relaxed set up and the owners are very very nice and extremely helpful. Beautiful location with the pitches being between the apple trees which are also delicious. The site opens up onto a large meadow housing sheep. We will 100% be back to stay again.
Disliked Nothing we disliked on our stay. Cannot offer a rating on WiFi as we didn't need it and didn't ask if they supplied it.
