What customers say
This is a cosy, quiet campsite in a beautiful rural setting, praised for its exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Guests appreciate the farm atmosphere with sheep and chickens, making it ideal for families. While facilities are basic, they are considered adequate for short stays and stopovers. Some note that the site is still developing but expect improvements. A few visitors mentioned the proximity to a busy road.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked The cold water tap
Disliked Right next to busy main road. Very old portaloo with not enough blue fluid to flush. Campsite scruffy with loads of old sheds/wood/furniture around. It’s clearly somebody’s back garden. The grass was mown but not raked up and some areas had builders rubble underneath. As a no-alternative stop-off, fine as a last resort but lack of showers as well made the whole stay feel really grotty. One group had two tents, three vans and a gazebo plus what looked like three toilet tents. It looks nothing like the photos.
