Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Small cosy site in an orchard. Sone sheep in the adjoining field. Two pubs which both served food within a short walking distance. Bus into Burnham opposite the site. Works underway to improve the site including a washing up area. Site owner very friendly and accommodating. Nice site for a sort break.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Beautiful basic small campsite in an orchard behind the owners cottage. Lots of space for the kids to play and a perfect space to spend a few nights or stopover on the way to Cornwall.
Lovely and peaceful at night with bats flying around and sheep in the next field.
Les is a lovely guy and very helpful.
A few pubs and a shop about 5-10 mins walk away.
5-10 mins drive to Burnham on Sea.
Looking forward to visiting again to see the bar and the outdoor kitchen which are coming soon...

Great for an M5 break of journey
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Close to M5 so made a perfect overnight stop over to break up a long journey.
We had a very peaceful night's sleep on a level grass pitch under the orchard trees.
Disliked It's a very basic campsite with 1 toilet & shower which we didn't use as we were in a self contained camper.

Very pleasant campsite especially for those who can be off grid.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Me and my husband stayed here for a long weekend with 2 small dogs 7th-10th Aug in our motorhome. Beautiful quiet spot. Bus stop to the beach right outside. Cheddar gorge nearby. The campsite owners are lovely people and couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful if they tried.
Disliked Nothing. We have a 6 and 1/2 meter motorhome. It was a little tight getting in but nothing drastic. The owner guided us in like a trouper.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Nothing
Disliked I disliked Everything, this was a little scruffy back yard with a single port a loo, dangerous bits or bricks and metal shards sitting around in rubble piles knowing full well I booked with small children. There was absolutely no lighting so at night it would be pitch black. This place really does need investigating ! I was absolutely gobsmocked upon arrival. To the point we got straight back in the car and went elsewhere and lost £36+.
