The Yurt Retreat

Adults-only site.

Once a booking is confirmed, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the booking confirmation.

If the cancellation is less than six weeks before arrival then the cost will not be refunded unless the booking can be re-let and no transfer of dates will be permitted once payment is taken. In the event that the yurt can be re-let, 50% of the campsite balance will be refunded.

Please remember you are staying in a woodland camping environment with live animals and other hazards. Some of the camp equipment can be dangerous if misused. The proprietor accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicle or personal effects however caused.

The maximum number of guests permitted in each yurt must not exceed the number stated on the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises.

Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged.

Any complaints must be made known to the proprietor immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed. The Yurt Retreat is relieved from liability should the accommodation or other facilities be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

No pets are allowed on site due to the site being located on a working farm.

Guests bringing their own bicycles should ensure they are locked. The proprietor cannot be held responsible for damage or theft to bicycles left on the property. Bicycles are not permitted within the properties.

Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.

Guests are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy when vacating. Guests are asked to give consideration to other residents and not to cause nuisance or annoyance. The owner reserves the right to gain access with prior notice for the purpose of maintenance and inspection if it is necessary.

All properties at the site are non-smoking.
