Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Nice size pitches, with a good sturdy tarmac base for caravan and car. There was a little shop and cafe which was handy. We were also greeted very nicely on arrival and shown to our pitch quickly. The toilets and showers were useful, however were not always the cleanest. The kids loved the play area. Water and waste was very easily accessible too.
Disliked All I will say is we paid a lot to stay, it's the most we have ever paid for a touring site and we were a little disappointed that the toilets and showers weren't always the best and made us feel uncomfortable to use sometimes. There are also lots of gaps in the grass so does make an awning uneven, and sometimes we did trip over little holes or gaps in the grass too.

Fantastic campsite, clean, beautiful views, loads of space!
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Loved the campsite, everything was incredibly clean and well looked after, loved the views, loved the location and proximity to the beach and other places of interest.
Disliked If I had to add a ‘dislike’ the only thing would be the walk from the tent pitches to the toilet and washing up block. But it was only a very minor inconvenience.

Disliked Someone complaint about us that our kids were too laud but as it was our first time with little one and she wouldn’t settle till late on our first night because of new place. Either you shouldn’t allow the kids and if you did then accept that kid is kid but We have been treated very badly by Receptionist and the security guard even come to our tent and threat us that if we will be loud again he’s gonna throw us out.
This is how we were treated, I worked 16 years in hospitality industry & I know very well how to respect customers.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay.
We understand that travelling with a young child can be difficult, and we welcome families with children. However, during your visit, we received multiple complaints about loud and intimidating behaviour regarding all occupants of your booking. This resulted in us having to move three other bookings from nearby pitches.
Our reception and security team acted only after several guest complaints. We’re sorry if their approach felt unfriendly — it was not their intention, but rather a response to ongoing disturbance affecting others.
We appreciate your background in hospitality and hope this helps explain the steps we took to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
