What customers say
This well-kept, clean campsite boasts friendly staff and spacious sites. Guests love the convenient location for walks and beach access, plus the on-site cafe/shop. Some noted long walks to restrooms, occasional cleaning needs during peak times, and spotty WiFi. Management is addressing feedback on facility placement and cleaning.

FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Location
Deceptive ‘power shower’! Great power and temperature despite being a push button
Fully serviced pitch with electric, fresh water and waste water disposal point
Tarmac for van, grass for awning
Disliked Unable to peg close to the van for the awning due to concrete foundation of the tarmac area - beggars can’t be choosers!
Poor Wi-Fi reception in the location of fully serviced pitches

Mixed feelings
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite (Private restroom amenities, deluxe)
Liked Clean facilities good location to travel about to see Somerset
Disliked Our pitch was on a public pathway which caused us to leave early due to noise and anti social behaviour of off site visitors through the day and very late at night eg teenagers running riot on a motor bike one day and then on a cart the next night we wouldn’t stay again as a tent user with campervan as just felt vulnerable in the situations presented not the sites fault but we paid for a deluxe pod which was great a little above our budget and didn’t have a great experience unfortunately due to our plot position

Lovely place. Would come again without hesitation.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Shower block and toilets kept very clean. That’s a big bonus. Cafe and small shop on site. Reasonable amount of choice in the shop and not to expensive for an on site shop. Cafe did nice food, a good choice and a good price too. Lovely staff everywhere.
Disliked Just wish the shop and cafe could have stayed open a bit later.

Disliked We felt a little bit far from the toilets and washing up facilities.

Great site but more toilet facilities would definitely be better
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Clean facilities, lovely pitches, lots of space, excellent site, lots to do, great location
Disliked Toilet facilities are a long walk from pitches (non-electric pitches particularly)
