What customers say
This campsite is praised for its excellent location, especially for visiting Bath via the nearby Park and Ride. Visitors highlight friendly staff and clean facilities, particularly the hot showers. While most pitches are described as flat and spacious, some reviewers noted the facilities could be basic or spread out. Occasional noise from a nearby road and suggestions for more toilets and showers during peak times were mentioned.

From the manager: Thank you for the review
If you read the email for access , you would of found there was a washing up area. Its a field with a few structures inside..perhaps check them all next time if you are not going to read the email?
The washing up block is at the top of the small field, the same field as the toilets , its grey and has big windows. - As seen in our gallery, and mentioned in past reviews.
If you couldnt find it in a empty field then you could of called myself as every one gets my number.
- Washing hands with cold water in the summer is hardly a problem.

Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked The location is perfect for a visit to Bath. The busstop into town is across the street (drives every 15 min).
The camping itself has spacious pitches. Enough clean showers and toilets and a friendly owner who you can approach very easily who helped us out with a low battery. Thanks for that again.
Disliked Nothing. Just good.

Lovely campsite with one small caveat
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Good space. Great, clean toilets and showers. Very warm and friendly welcome from John. Shop and pub easy walk. A lot to like. Close to the Cotswolds Way - I was backpacking so ideal spot for one night.
Disliked Rugby club right next door music playing all day and late into the night. Not the fault of the campsite but as the rugby club is right next door and runs events (wedding party etc.) worth considering if you want peace and quiet. If it doesn’t bother you then no biggie!
