Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 20/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).
- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.
- The pool will be open daily from 25 May to 02 June and 19 July to 01 September. From 03 June to 20 July, it will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.

Liked: Where to start - the beautiful older lady (sorry!) who booked us in and showed us the map - so pleasant and smiley . All the maintenance chaps waving saying hi👋 The site itself - just perfect ! Everything you want , need , or never knew you needed - it’s so very well maintained - quiet, but enough back to basics for kids too - pool not open yet but looks great! We were very impressed and will defiantly tell others - pop it on the Facebook groups - although then we might not get a pitch when we want one ! 😜😎

Liked: The play facilities for the kids. Also good sized pitched with lots of fresh water taps dotted around. The staff that we saw were very friendly and online check in was easy and made setup quick!

Liked: Excellent pitch standard and extremely polite staff and clean facilities. Staff we always polite and helpful. Its good you can access the different sites for facilities and entertainment.
Disliked: Just don't book through Pitchup, they will attempt to rip you off somehow, try and book direct. They cancelled our booking and it took the threat of court action to refund my money and even then withheld a few pence because they felt they could.

Liked: Liked the well organised pitches, great check in system. Nice play area for kids
Disliked: Mud but that’s not the parks fault. Yes showers dated BUT it’s warm in there, clean and all works well.

Liked: Staff on site were friendly and were able to help with everything including towing out of mud due to overnight weather on grass pitch. Instructions were very easy to follow and when open later in the season all onside activities look great such as outdoor pool etc.
Disliked: Email about checking in downloading app sent a few hours after actually arriving despite giving an ETA and a check out email sent late in the evening on day of check out. Maybe add more info on pitchup about requirements. The checkout email reminds me about leaving my keys when leaving, a bit hard as I own my campervan, makes the app experience a bit impersonal from somewhere trying to make the site more personal.

Liked: This site is very easy to access and secured by a barrier, the code is sent to you in advance of your arrival. We found the site spacious and quiet and had everything we needed It was also very well maintained and the pitches were well presented
