  • Well-maintained park on the Devon/Dorset border with easy road access
  • Lyme Regis five minutes' drive away; 10 minutes to Seaton
  • Playground, crazy golf and shop on site; bus stop a short walk
On the Dorset/Devon border, about halfway between Lyme Regis and Seaton, is a splendid spot for a break, giving you easy access to both towns along with a great swathe of the spectacular Jurassic Coast. And that pretty much sums up the location of Shrubbery Touring Park, a large and well-equipped holiday park with the added bonus of easy access from the A3052. Lyme Regis, Seaton and the South West Coast Path are within 10 minutes’ drive, giving you plenty of options for attractions, activities and places to eat or shop. Bus services run from the stop three minutes’ walk away to help you avoid parking issues. Closer to home, you’re welcome to drop in to the village’s social club, 300 metres away, for a drink, and there are a couple of pubs within an hour’s walk. The site has its own shop too, for everyday essentials like bread, milk and any bits of camping kit you may have mislaid. Facilities here have been nicely thought out, with a large play area and a crazy golf course to keep the kids amused and a dog-walking area for any visiting canines. A launderette, washing-up area, wifi area , tourist information point and phone/laptop charging area help to keep life ticking over smoothly, and the three bathroom blocks have accessible facilities and a family bathroom.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Friendly welcom and helpful arrival process, after finding our booking dates were incorrect. The site has smart modern facilities. The pitch (110) was very small for our tourer but for one night no problem, so if staying longer, check the space.

Disliked Would be useful to have an additional Chemical and gray water waste point, closer to the bottom end of the site

Liked This is a beautiful, well
maintained site. We had a lovely welcome and the staff are wonderfull. The whole site is clean and wonderfully looked after and we loved watching the birds. The pitches are spacious and nicely laid out. The showers and toilets were really clean - great temperature and water pressure. We have really enjoyed our stay.

Electric optional grass pitch

Liked Checking in easy and quick, nice park, very peaceful which is what we wanted for couple of days chilling.
Showers and toilets are kept very clean. Was no shop on site but we had everything.
Went out to a local club just outside turn right out gate and 200 yards down road sat evening for a couple beers.
No buses run on Sunday from outside which was a pain however we did take the van down Lyme Regis beach which was only around 6 miles.
Would definitely go back.

Disliked Park WiFi wasn't working

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked It’s a lovely site peaceful and kept immaculate, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time without all the noise of the bigger sites, nice big pitches with well kept grass, maybe in the future some serviced pitches would be a good idea

Disliked The only thing I can comment on is the showers, although the further block are more modern it’s either boiling hot or cold quite difficult to have a nice shower, the older block timers are too short
