This campsite offers a stunning location, a short walk from the beach, with beautiful sea views and coastal walks. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and hardworking, with particular mention of their efforts to keep facilities spotless. Guests appreciate the ample space, quiet atmosphere, and dog-friendly nature. The provision of fridges, freezers, and charging lockers is a convenient bonus. Fantastic stay
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked I thought this was a brilliant little campsite close to the coast and a fantastic place to go to test out your camping equipment for the first couple times. Staff genuinely went round to greet everyone and check in and made sure we knew where to go if we needed anything during our stay. Very friendly staff who want you to have a fantastic stay. Campsite was clean and tidy.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Plenty of space between tents, fairly quiet and low light pollution - stars were amazing at night. View of the sea was awesome. Showers and toilets were actively cleaned in the morning, and good washing up area.
Disliked Shower button went off after 30 seconds so had to keep pressing it.

We had a really lovely few days at this beautiful coastal site ☺️
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked The field is pretty flat meaning the pitches are almost flat. The view of the sea is wonderful. Being so close to the beach (3 minutes walk through woods) is wonderful....we had a sea swim each day. The washing up facilities are really useful and makes things easier. The fridges/freezers and charging lockers are all brilliant ideas and again, make camping a lot easier! Having a beach cafe very close and a lovely pub in walking distance is also great 😃
The best thing is Emma, who runs the site....she is so friendly and helpful and keeps the toilets and showers spotless.... it's really amazing how clean she keeps the toilets.... I've never seen such clean toilets on a campsite! It really helps to make camping here a lovely experience. The showers are also great..... powerful and plenty of hot water.
Thanks so much Emma, we had a lovely time at your beautiful site ☺️
Disliked The only snag we had was that we'd planned to buy pizza from the beach cafe on the Thursday evening, but when we checked with cafe staff on the Wednesday about what time they served pizza till, we found out pizza is only sold Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We hadn't seen this information on the cafe website. It wasn't a big problem as we found out in advance, but I think needs to be made fully clear on the cafe and campsite websites.
