Liked Campsite is basic but has running water, showers, toilets and sinks. The location is amazing, the village is a 10 minute walk and the pub is very family friendly.
Great big open space for the kids to run around.
The owner, Jim, is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He popped on to site every day for a chat and to make sure there were no issues.

Liked Just home after a perfect weekend away at Chalk Meadow campsite!
What can I say - a beautiful site, remote as anything and perfectly located for those wanting to visit surrounding areas. We visited Durdle Door, Weymouth and Moreton ford, they were all exceptional. The campsite itself is simple but wonderfully effective. Perfect space for children and doggy to run free all weekend, clean toilets, showers and sinks for washing up. What more do you need? Jim, the owner, popped in daily for a little check in and chat. Such a lovely man. We’ve come back to London and miss it already! Will be returning ASAP. Thank you Jim! Issy (bell tent) x

Liked Size, not too big, not too small. Respectful people, nice and calm atmosphere. Clean toilets, hot water showers. Very nice owners, always looking after the place and campers. The owner even helped us fix our rental car when its battery stopped working...He saved the day! thanks very much again!! We will be back!
