What customers say
Visitors praise this campsite for its friendly and helpful owners, clean facilities, and beautiful countryside and sea views. Guests appreciate the spacious pitches, the dog exercise field, and the unique addition of a working airfield with occasional plane activity. The on-site shop, games room, and weekend pop-up food and drink events are popular additions. Some mention the narrow approach road and a desire for updated shower facilities, but overall feedback is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Decent place to stay whilst walking the Jurassic coast
Non-electric grass tent pitch (no cars, solo)
Liked Price was reasonable for a backpacker compared to some of the outrageous prices holiday parks charge.

Lovely small site.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely hosts, really friendly and helpful - even offered us a gas hob when we had a problem with our cooking equipment. Clean and accessible. Although I was worried about the number of showers, none of my family had to que or wait. Games room was a great addition and we had a great view of the run way and saw a plane take off! Although the electricity was only 6amps (to much for a nor.al kettle) our hob and ninja bbq worked fine.
Disliked Nothing.

Electric grass pitch
Liked A chilled and welcoming atmosphere.
Owners are very hands on and always about if needed. They work really hard, throughout the campsite.
With having 2 teenagers, it was great having a little shop and games room, the washing facilities came in handy too.
Pitches are a great size, which was great with having a dog, who loved it there and was very welcomed.
We found it very peaceful at night time. Slept brilliantly.
Bonus having the pop up pizza evenings and bar.
Although campsite was full, never had to wait for a shower/toilet.
Watching the planes taking off and landing was a very enjoyable experience, making the campsite extremely unique.
Location is perfect, whilst there we had a day in each: Seaton, Beer, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
