This campsite offers beautiful sea views and a spacious, peaceful atmosphere. Visitors praise the excellent, clean facilities, particularly the barn area which provides hot showers, kitchen amenities including fridges and microwaves, and complimentary tea and coffee. The hosts are consistently described as friendly and accommodating. Some mention the site has a slight slope and narrow access roads. Compost toilets are generally well-maintained and clean, though a few guests noted occasional issues. Overall, it's highly recommended for its location and thoughtful amenities.

We spent five nights here from…
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked We spent five nights here from 31st July to 5th August - we had the best time in glorious weather. The site is huge and peaceful with big views over the fields and the sea, and near some of the prettiest villages and beaches in the country. All ages seem to feel comfortable and welcome here. Rob is completely on top of everything - loos and showers and barn area (very handy fridges and freezers, power points etc.) are kept immaculately clean, and he is always around to chat. He is also very vigilant about noise, everything was quiet after 10pm - which I loved, as it's why we chose a site like this. We swam everyday - South Milton the nearest beach but my favourite probably Bantham where we had a sunset swim and picnic while watching the surfers. Salcombe and Dartmouth also lovely towns with lots to do and more great beaches nearby. Just a lovely holiday.
Disliked A few people have mentioned the very narrow roads and high hedges in the area - it was a bit of an issue. You need to be a confident driver and good at reversing!
