What customers say
This is a well-maintained campsite with spacious, clean pitches and excellent facilities, including spotless toilets and showers. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to the beach and public transport links. While most guests had a positive experience, a few mentioned minor issues like sloping pitches, payable Wi-Fi, and occasional noise from neighbouring sites. Overall, it's highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Lovely site
Owl electric grass touring pitch (XL)
Liked Lovely site with generous pitches. Super polite and friendly staff.
Take a long hook up lead as some pitches are not by a hook up point.
Stayed in Owl field which was close to the entrance and not too far from the toilet/shower block.
Regular bus service into Dawlish and down to Dawlish Warren. Doesn’t take too long to walk to the beach and all the facilities there.
Disliked Noise from the children’s play area can be a bit much, especially before 8am

Fox electric grass campervan, tent or trailer tent pitch (large)
Liked Everything. This campsite is the best campsite we have pitched a tent on. The staff are amazing, the facilities are excellent and the shower block and toilets are exceptionally Clean. There are even food vans selling amazing food much to my husbands delight. Dawlish Warren is just down the road where there is a fair, arcades, eateries, bars and of course the beach. It is also a conservation area where you can see all sorts of wildlife. I highly recommend this site.

Disliked The sign on arrival saying holiday park but thankfully not what I would call a holiday park.
