What customers say
This is a very well-regarded, family-friendly campsite with exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities, with many highlighting the comfortable beds and thoughtful extras. The spacious tents and well-spaced pitches contribute to a pleasant stay. Some guests have noted issues with keeping items cool due to the off-grid setup, and while signage is being reviewed, there are no walkable pubs nearby. Overall, visitors highly recommend the site and plan to return.

Bell tent (deluxe)
Liked Mark and the team were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe tent with its own kitchenette which was very well equipped with everything we needed. The shower facilities are good with separate cubicles with a toilet and basin. Lovely hot showers every morning! Although we didn’t use it, there is a sauna on site and the restaurant offered breakfast sandwiches on the weekend which was lovely. We found it to be a very family friendly site with great views over the ocean and Lundy island. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to visiting Livit again.

Bell tent (deluxe)
Liked Lovely location, great facilities, pizza was fantastic! Very peaceful and well spaced pitches. Bell tents were very well set up and perfect for a family of four with two younger children. Great location, central to pretty much anything you want, beach, wakepark, walking. The deluxe tents are absolutely perfect for just throwing some clothes in the car and heading off! Will most definitely stay again!

Bell tent
Liked Lovely spot for camping or clamping with teas, coffees and hot chocs in morning. There are other services we didnt use like a sauna. If you can get the dulux bell tents.

Bell tent (deluxe)
Liked Very lovely location, superb bell tent with comfy beds. Good food and atmosphere.
Disliked Needs somewhere more suitable for keeping things cool, also we had a 1 year old with us that was woken up by the noise from the other guest even know it’s meant to be quiet between 11pm till 7am which wasn’t there fault but maybe needs to addressed.
