Liked Super friendly staff, pitches clean and tidy. We LOVED the farm walk and tractor ride. Super child and dog friendly. Slight plumbing issues when we stayed however resolved really quickly! We loved our stay thank you.

Lovely sites but cleanliness of toilets needs to be 4-5 times a day

Liked The pitches were a great size, level and good quality grass.
Disliked 1. Could do with another toilet block.
2. Keep the outside bar area clean and tidy not plates and glasses mounted up and arrange chairs neatly.
3. Inform guests that playing games on other people’s pitches is forbidden.
4. Maintain control children at all times
5. Driving too fast along the roadways.
6. DOGS ON LEADS!!
7. Take control and responsibility of dogs. Some were just left to bark at passers by.

Cleanliness and tidiness around our outside bar area are very important to us, and we will ensure this is monitored more closely. We also take site safety seriously, including vehicle speeds and general guest behaviour.
While we do remind guests of our site rules, children and dogs remain the responsibility of their parents and owners at all times, and we do ask that they are properly supervised and kept under control throughout their stay.

Liked We really enjoyed our stay at Parkers Farm. The pitches were spacious and thoughtfully arranged on different levels, which meant you could make the most of the lovely views. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, which made a big difference to our stay.
It was also great to see the animals on site, a lovely touch, especially for families, and the play park kept the kids happy and entertained.
Although we didn’t get the chance to visit the bar/restaurant, it looked large and inviting from the outside, and there were a few people enjoying it while we were there.
The staff really stood out for us, the welcome we received was brilliant. They were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Disliked There wasn’t much to fault, but the shop could have benefited from a bit more variety in its stock.

Lovely clean shower and toilet blocks!
And very helpful reception staff!
Disliked The bar & restaurant needs an update.
The kids area in the bar is okay for little tiny ones, maybe a bigger soft play to suit all children.
The arcade isn’t great either with every machine breaking when used.
Definitely need a better food service as we waited nearly 2 hours for our food to come out and when it did it was cold.

Our games room is currently being updated, and with the kids’ room for under 7s and the games room for over 7s, we aim to cater for all age groups. There has never been a two-hour wait for food, with our maximum wait being 1 hour 15 minutes, and customers are advised of this when ordering. We’ve also never had a complaint about cold food, but if this had been mentioned at the time, we would have sorted it immediately.

Disliked Ladies toilets blocked on the first night , this could have been due to it being bad weather but not sure.

Disliked No heating in showers and toilet areas and was very cold, sky light looks like it’s never been cleaned and toilets don’t flush properly but don’t let this put you off staying
