We do, however, feel it is important to clarify a few points. We can see that you stayed with us for just one night, on Bank Holiday Sunday, when the park was completely full. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, and also highlighted in our welcome email, WiFi can be less reliable during particularly busy periods. Our WiFi is provided completely free of charge, whereas many other holiday parks charge an additional fee for this service.
With regards to the comments about noisy dogs in the bar, I personally worked in the bar on Sunday evening and can confirm that no complaints were raised with me at the time, nor did I hear any excessive noise from dogs while I was working. Had we been made aware of any concerns during your stay, we would always have been happy to look into them and do what we could to assist.

Mi è piaciuto The camp offered additional activities at no cost like the farm tractor ride and doing a farm walk/feed. The owner ,who was a farmer , lead the tra tor ride and was very friendly. They put on bingo too!
Restaurant was good and the children loved the animals , play parks and facilities.

Mi è piaciuto This is our second visit here and we love it! Great for kids because of the animals, staff are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are really clean and taken care of.

Mi è piaciuto A great site had a lovely warm welcome from Viv and Steve who where very helpful and friendly.fantastic for kids. I came with my granddaughter who's 8 and she loved seeing the Animals around the park and she had the choice of 3 play parks to wear her out nicely. The views are wonderful too.
The showers and toilets were nice and clean and it was nice to see good disabled facilities too. We didn't go in the clubhouse this time as we were only staying the night, but it looked nice with a good menu available.
We will definitely be back again.

Mi è piaciuto Nice site , lovely staff and great value clubhouse that serves good food.
Pitches are massive and the security barrier gives great peace of mind.
The sandwich waggon is very good great coffee and milkshakes.

Non mi è piaciuto Showers and toilet block a little tired but serviceable and mostly clean. Bit remote but obviously not the owners fault.

Mi è piaciuto Very clean site, very friendly staff. The toilets were very clean and cleaned throughout the day the washing up area was also left clean. The restaurant o. Site was very reasonable priced and the food was beautiful.
My kids loved being able to get in with the goats to feed them also being able to hold the guinea pigs and rabbits

We’re so pleased the children enjoyed getting up close with the animals too. Being able to feed the goats and hold the guinea pigs and rabbits is a big part of what makes staying on the farm so special! 🐐🐰🐹
