Mi è piaciuto View was nice from our pitch, park was good but tired, swing to low to use. Bar/restaurant was good, we enjoyed a meal, quite pricey but the portion sizes were good. Shower cubical really lovely, enough space to get yourself dry

Bins not emptied enough piles built up
Toilets weren’t kept clean and wouldn’t flush, couldn’t cope with amount of use it seems
Very small tight pitch

Mi è piaciuto What was there not to like located in a quiet area close to the M road so easy to get to and from.
Was clean and presentable
Farm walk was great for the kids and adults nothing really bad to say about it really

Mi è piaciuto Great parks for children (1 main and 2 smaller), animals to see and feed, Football area, facilities clean with nice showers, on site entertainment, close to lots of attractions.

Mi è piaciuto All the amenities are fabulous especially the bar and food were we played bingo. Was shown to my pitch by a lovely lady Viv who went above and beyond and had great knoledge of all the site and where to visit outside the site. We could not believe size of our pitch we had space all around our van for sitting in the shade or in the sun. When we arrived at the site .we found the awning rail had bent and we could not but the awning out so a great guy called Steve helped us fix the pole awning and we could carry on with our holiday nothing was to much for Steve such a great guy.Had a great stay would recommend to all.

Mi è piaciuto Fantastic views really beautiful. Pitch size is fantastic our kids loved the animals and the tour all staff were friendly and helpful site clean the restaurant did fantastic food lovely sized portions

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets were unfortunately dirty a lot of the time maybe because of the summer holidays they also didn’t flush properly the showers were warm but there was no pressure so water came out really slow. The prices for drinks was a bit high unfortunately if u want to see the animals and are disabled or find it hard to walk u will miss out on the animal tour but u can see them on the tractor ride if u can get on it as people tend to just jump the queue maybe have a ticket system would be good

In regard to the tractor ride, we would like to reassure guests that everyone does get a chance to go on it. We run as many rides as needed to make sure nobody misses out, and we’re sorry if this was not clear during your visit. We also appreciate your suggestion around a ticket system and will keep this in mind.
We were also sorry to read your comments about the shower pressure, as this is not something that has been raised with us before. In fact, we more commonly receive the opposite feedback, but we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Mi è piaciuto Playground for children was adequate if a little dated and well used. Arcade was again adequate but only open when the restaurant was open in the evening. Fantastic views and glorious sunsets. On site shop, cafe and restaurant. Animals on site and tractor rides throughout the week. Different activities at the restaurant each evening (bingo, quiz etc).

Non mi è piaciuto Situated next to a very busy motorway with significant traffic noise, earplugs are a must. We were situated next the the toilet block which saw very heavy use (peak summer) so were frequently disturbed. The toilets were only cleaned once a day so were very dirty by morning (multiple blocked toilets, no toilet roll etc). It also had quite alot of stones on our pitch and pitch sizes were quite small, we just barely managed to pitch our 6 man tent and had to park the car elsewhere. Ground was VERY hard at this time of year being baked in the heat, come prepared!

Dal gestore: We’re really pleased you enjoyed the fantastic views, animals and tractor rides. We’re sorry to hear some aspects of your stay were disappointing. If you had requested a larger pitch, we would have been happy to try and accommodate you, as our largest pitches are 12m x 11m. Unfortunately we can’t help the ground being very hard during periods of hot weather with no rainfall. We’d also like to clarify that while the toilet block is closed once a day for a full clean, it is also cleaned again in the evening. In addition, the arcade is open daily from 9:00am until 10:30pm.

Mi è piaciuto Family friendly. Bar and restaurant on site. Lovely play park. Tractor ride and a walk to feed the animals. We enjoyed just being able to walk around the site and seeing the animals and using the football pitch.

Non mi è piaciuto The showers could probably do with being cleaned more than once a day in peak season as they did get quite dirty. Toilets were often blocked as well.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shower and toilet facilities during your stay. We would like to clarify that the shower and toilet blocks are closed once a day for a full clean, with a further clean also carried out in the evening. We had an issue with our toilets which resulted in them blocking. This has now been fixed.

Mi è piaciuto Loved this site, good size flat pitches, excellent facilities. The staff were great. The restaurant and food truck both served good food at reasonable prices. We had a great time here.

Non mi è piaciuto The steps from our level to the toilet block could have used some glow in the dark paint or a bit of light as there was no hand rail and they are a strange distance between each step. Either that or definitely don't forget a torch.
