Woohoo, all new! Family-run, family-friendly and five-star Newperran Holiday Park near Newquay now has a new heated indoor pool, with a separate heated children’s pool so that small splashers don’t get squashed. Prefer to bask? There’s an outdoor sunbathing terrace too.

Small fry also get a separate toddlers’ area in the Newperran adventure playground, and for rainy days for all sizes there’s a big games room on site with video games and pool tables.

Newperran is a spacious site, in an elevated position over the Cornish countryside with sea views in the distance. It has spankingly clean facilities in its four up to date loo and shower blocks, with individual shower cubicles, shaver points and hairdryers as well as disabled facilities and a family room with baby bath built in. There’s also a large launderette, a shop and the Cottage Inn restaurant for filling up at.

Hired accommodation
Hired accommodation: £100 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

We cater for families and couples only.

Additional terms

During times of low occupancy, the management reserves the right to close the on-site restaurants and shop at their discretion. A local shop and a pub are both available within a 10-minute walk.
