  • A relaxed, family-run site on a 400-acre working organic farm
  • Just outside Fowey and a mile from Polkerris beach
  • Camping fields overlooking farmland and St Austell Bay

A working organic farm producing mainly wheat and barley on the Cornish south coast, Penhale Caravan and Camping Park provides pitches for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes. The camping fields overlook farmland and St Austell Bay. In summer, swallows swoop and dive over the fields and the hedgerows are full of wild flowers. At night you can see the lights of Mevagissey in the distance over the bay.

We also offer standard camping, with plenty of space to spread out and no overcrowding. Our facilities include free hot showers, wash basins and toilets in our heated shower block. The block also has hairdryers and electric shaving points. A separate washing-up area with free hot water is available to our guests. There is a small laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Renewable energy is used throughout the site and recycling is available. The site is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
