Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Well laid out site. Great grounds. Good facilities. Everything though about. Great for young children. Access to fridge/freezer. Lots of water taps.
Disliked When we arrived Toilets & showers were immaculate but then were not cleaned as often as would hope, although they were well maintained. Showers were too hot. All families we spoke to agreed.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found the toilet and shower facilities immaculate on arrival and you enjoyed your stay with us at Willow Valley.
We do, however, feel it is important to clarify that our facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day. During busy periods, particularly when used by a large number of guests, it is inevitable that facilities may not remain in the same condition as immediately after cleaning.
Regarding the shower temperature, we did not receive any reports during your stay and have not identified any issues with the settings. While we appreciate that temperature preference is subjective, the showers are set within recommended operating ranges.
We value all guest feedback and continually monitor both cleanliness standards and facility maintenance to ensure a high standard is maintained throughout the season.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Everything!
What a fantastic place! So well cared for by owners who clearly understand the land, camping and people. Beautifully clean and well kept but grounds not so ‘coiffured’ they look unnatural. Fantastic and clean facilities. So many dog waste bins! And Becky and John could not be more kind, accommodating and helpful. Proper little haven - not too big but not too small. Perfection in a campsite for those who love nature. Thanks guys we will be back regularly!

A great family friendly site with great owners close to Bude
Stamford 2 bedroom lodge (hot tub)
Liked Lovely lodge, decorated tastefully and had a homely feel. Didn’t feel overlooked.
Owners were really friendly and knowledgeable on the local area and were happy to help.
Disliked Only negative was the hot tub cover needed replacing & patio area could have done with a jet wash but those were minor things that didn’t affect our stay.
