What customers say
This is a hilly site with beautiful sea views, praised for its friendly staff and clean facilities, including new shower blocks. Families appreciate the entertainment and on-site activities. However, some guests experienced issues with waterlogged pitches, uneven ground, and a lack of hot water in older facilities. The swimming pool booking system and occasional noise from other campers were also mentioned.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked We loved the mini-golf, playground, swimming pool, and although we didnt use the other children's activities, they were there and looked like a great time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the site was clean and cared for. There were lots of toilets and showers as well which was great. The park shop on site had most essentials which was helpful. Great location!
Disliked When busy, the showers had very sporadic water pressure, sometimes hardly going on at all, however when they weren't all in use at the same time the showers were good! Some of the tent campsites were very close together, and not defined, which I didn't love. My only real complaint is that the park store didnt have propane/gas cylinders for little camp stoves, however the people who worked in there were great.

Overall a good stay, just a little work could be done to make it great
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked We had a lovely time, the entertainment was good for kids. Loved that the pool and mini golf etc was included in the price. Beautiful view of the sea. Lots to do in the imediate surrounding area
Disliked The toilet blocks are abit run down, certain times of day the water barely runs out the showers and they do need cleaning more often. The club house again is abit dated. Very steep hills (but I should have checked!) So just something to be aware of when booking. Wouldn't stay again just as we like to try out different sites

Would not recommend.
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Location. Really handy for the beach with some pitches having sea views.
Disliked The entire site is looking shabby and tired.
Showers are grimy and water pressure poor.
Bins and recycling points are an eyesore.
The restaurant food is very basic using poor quality ingredients.
Some of the onsite roads are just a collection of potholes.

Highly recommend this site.
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Spacious pitches.
Clean facilities.
Beautiful views.
Disliked WiFi and poor service. I understand it happens the whole of Bude felt spotty with the data, we paid for WiFi on site but that was hit and miss, it was difficult to work from my phone some evenings, and the kids like to watch devices before bed, which again is personal preference.

Great venue friendly staff lovely setting…
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Great venue friendly staff lovely setting woodland walk and walk to the beach was challenging but worth it big site toilet n showers were ok.the activities were free of charge ie pool table crazy golf swimming and table tennis we visited port Isaac it was a great day out.
Disliked Amenities were a big walk away and the reception n activities were even further. The drive up to pitch was shocking and pitch black walking back in the night. Ground hard to knock pegs into the ground. Very busy and a little noisy at night kids playing ball games right next to us and I think a dog stole a trainer off the outside of our awning. The activities pool table unlevel table tennis bats were flappers.

Great location, lovely site.
Electric grass tent pitch (large)
Liked Great campsite. Club house offers entertainment and fun for the kids but it is not intrusive, it is there if you want it. Staff are great.
Wifi is limited at tenta, even if you pay. This was a positive for me as it was nice to get away from it all but just to be aware if anyone doesn't need to work when away.
