- Luxury glamping site over 26 acres on the north Cornish coast
- A mile from the surfing beaches of Bude
- Pods with kingsize bed, private wetroom and decking/outdoor furniture
Atlantic Surf Pods is a friendly, family-run luxury glamping site in Bude on the north Cornish coast. Set within 26 acres of farmland, the site is primarily off grid, which makes for a peaceful and relaxing stay, just a mile from the beautiful surfing beaches of Bude.
Each pod is a luxurious, spacious capsule, insulated to the highest degree, with underfloor heating for colder nights so they're comfortable all year round.
The pods are dotted around landscaped lawns. Each has its own decked area, gas barbecue oven, outdoor furniture, and a private external wetroom with a shower, flushing toilet and hand basin.
The pods come fully equipped with a kingsize memory foam bed, soft furnishings, crockery, cutlery and cookware, and giant outdoor beanbag.
There's also a luxury fully-furnished bathroom facility within the vicinity of the pods, with a full-size bath, large mirror, and electric points outside for the use of beauty appliances and chargers.
The entrance to the farm is set directly on the Atlantic Highway (the A39, the main road past Bude), making it easily accessible to all, yet the site itself is set far back from the road on the other side of the farm, resulting in no noise from the road.
The field adjacent to the site is home to many farm animals, including chickens, turkeys, geese, sheep, three alpacas and a donkey. These are a big hit with the kids and animal feed is available from a member of staff.
On site, there is a shell-craft studio where children and adults alike can decorate various items, such as picture frames, mirrors, terracotta plant pots, or create shell ornaments. This has proved popular with local schools as an alternative to arts and crafts lessons. There is also a children's play area and ball game area on site.
Bude town centre, Stratton, and Marhamchurch are only a 20-minute stroll from our site in various directions, with many pubs, restaurants and attractions to hand.
We look forward to welcoming you and will go out of our way to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible!
