What customers say
This small, well-maintained campsite receives consistent praise for its exceptionally clean and modern shower and toilet facilities. Guests frequently highlight the spacious, level pitches and the friendly, helpful owners. Its convenient location offers easy access to local pubs, public transport for exploring nearby towns, and numerous walking and cycling routes. While some guests noted road noise, most found it minimal. A few mentioned limited bathroom facilities during peak times and the absence of WiFi. Electric grass touring pitch
Liked quiet little site, easy access to surrounding visitor attractions, beautifully maintained shower and toilet facilities, loads of room to pitch the caravan and its canopy there are plenty of water access points, a nice but prickly walk down watery lane and rotten row avoids using the inadequate path alongside the main road outside the site to visit the pub, come and try it for a few nights you like us will then be planning a return visit,

Very helpful owners
Disliked Because we booked close to our arrival date we were given the pitch close to the road.
It didn't bother us during the day but if you are not an early riser it is quite noisy from 5.30 onwards
Need better signage on roadside

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Booking and checking in was easy. We received a warm welcome once on site. Spacious sized pitch, well maintained and clean site. Two nice new shower bathrooms just opened. Looked like improved wifi was being installed. Nice location not far from the town and beach at Selsey and other resorts such as Bognor Regis or Chichester Marina. Pub just across the road.
