Lovely people run the site, but it's well overpriced for what you get

Liked: Lovely people run the site, they are very helpful The site is very relaxed with few rules which is nice.
Disliked: The toilet and shower facilities are quite poor and very dated There are no other facilities on site ( it's next to a Beefeater restaurant chain, no dogs allowed ) The field is smaller than it looks in the photos and there's not a lot of room between pitches at £34 a night it's really overpriced

Liked: Located within a 20 min walk from Arundel town. Toilets were clean. Could pitch up any time and leave any time. Dog friendly Friendly owners Had a pizza van come on Saturday night. Didn’t have any but looked good!
Disliked: Was a little tricky to find but you have to drive into the beefeater car park and turn right. Wasn’t clear which caravan we had to check in with. a reception or check in sign would be handy for new arrivals. Toilet paper ran out in all ladies toilets by the evening. Only one roll per toilet. Only two showers with only one working. Hand dryer out of order. Unsure which sinks were for washing up. Lack of signage. Under new management 11 weeks ago. Had to pay cash on arrival which wasn’t made clear beforehand.

Liked: Considering the area is right next to a main road, we couldn't really hear cars at night. Plenty of EHU and water points easily accessible. A number of washing up areas and freezer to use to out blocks in. Owners were friendly and gave information on arrival, otherwise left to self. Less than 10 min walk to a petrol garage/shop/greggs with a McDonalds and Drive Thru Starbucks. Pizzas van arrived one evening to site. Wasn't that busy so plenty of space for the kids to roam.
Disliked: The toilets were OK, took own loo roll most of the time as was hit and miss if any to use. Only 1 shower working (but worked and was warm), hand dryer out of order in ladies. No soap in mens, don't know about showers as not used. With a bit more maintenance I think it would be a better presented site but for the couple of night we were there we had that we needed and it was ok

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us our choice of pitches. It's a basic kind of a site but it has everything you need.
Disliked: The bathroom/toilet block only had one working shower for the men's and one for the women's. It would be good if soap had been provided at the sinks in the toilet block.

Liked: The owner and family were friendly and helpful. Plenty of water and electric points. The site is enclosed by so safe for those with children and dogs. The toilet block was clean and its not a problem to take your own toilet roll just incase. The site is close to Arundel Castle and the Wetlands. Entrance to site through Beefeater car park, nice to be able to walk to for a meal or drink.
Disliked: Could be more bins. hardcore outside toilet block could be cordoned off.
