New Langley Farm is a working grassland farm that covers over 170 acres of Kentish countryside. Set in the Weald area of the county, this site is well-suited to families and small groups looking for comfort and seclusion. The landscape here is a mix of fields with far-reaching views, woodlands that are carpeted with bluebells in the spring and several ponds and lakes where you can sit back and gaze out over the water. The site is run by friendly owners Jonathan and Ashley, who are always happy to help answer questions about the farm or the local area. This is a laidback, family-friendly place, where kids, dogs and barbecues are all very much welcome. It's a simple setup on the pitches here but guests will have access to portable toilets on site. Five minutes away by road, the villages of Smarden and Bethersden both have village shops and excellent pubs, one of which has a great takeaway menu. New Langley Farm also has access to a wide range of walking trails, including two footpaths just a few yards from the site entrance. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach, you have the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (10 minutes' drive) for further outdoor adventuring.
