What customers say
This campsite is set in a beautiful organic farming estate in the Kent countryside, offering well-spaced huts and tents with gorgeous sunset views. Guests appreciate the communal fridges, proper showers, trolleys, and outdoor warm showers. The site is praised for its peaceful atmosphere, lovely facilities, and short signposted walks. However, some guests experienced disruption from loud music due to the site's co-location with a wedding venue, leading some to leave early. Concerns were also raised about the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and a lack of electric sockets for cooling equipment, as well as a shortage and poor condition of trolleys.

Oak yurt
Liked Amazing little site. The yurts were clean, well furnished and we had everything we needed so there really is no need to bring anything extra with you. Great views over the organic farm and lots to do in the surrounding area. The little extras left for us in the yurt (marshmallows, matches etc) were a nice touch.
Disliked We really loved our stay, but a drawback was the limited number of trolleys and the ones available were quite worn out. A wheel came off the trolley we used, and then none were available, so we had to haul our stuff by hand.

Daisy shepherd's hut (two person)
Liked Check in process was easy and Tom/Rue were in touch to help us on the day. Lovely facilities at base and although the hut was well distanced from other camps, there was a friendly community buzz at base.
The short signposted walks from the site were gorgeous.

Daisy shepherd's hut (two person)
Liked We liked the surrounding off the hut, very nice and quiet.
It's located nearby several National Trust Houses and Gardens.
Disliked We've missed a normal electric socket to cool our coolbox of a freezer in the base camp to freeze our cookpacks.
The sanitary down hill could be cleaner...

Barbara shepherd's hut (four person)
Liked There are so many things to love about this site set in the beautiful Kent countryside on an organic farming estate. The huts and tents are well spaced in a beautiful meadow with gorgeous sun downer views. The campsite is super well equipped with communal fridges, proper showers, trolleys to get your stuff to the car free Glamping site. We loved the outdoor shower with warm water and our fire pit. Chris was super welcoming and kind and called by to make sure we had everything we needed when we checked in.
Disliked I hadn’t realised when I booked that the site is co-located with a wedding venue. This meant really loud music on the Saturday night. So much so we packed up and went home a night early. I would check if there is a wedding booked before planning to stay on a Saturday again.
