What customers say
This is a clean, friendly, and conveniently located small site, popular as a stopover for Dover ferry and Eurotunnel. Facilities are generally praised as clean and well-maintained, though some mention they are basic. The adjacent pub offers food and drinks, though its opening times can be limited, particularly outside of peak season. Some guests noted road noise, and a few found pitches sloped. Overall, it's considered good value and a practical choice for onward travel.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Facilities were clean and well maintained, overall the campsite is clean and tidy and the electric hook up was super easy. The lady that checked us in was nice, she informed us that the pub is actually closed permanently which was most of the reason for booking this campsite. Their is a decent pub called the Crown Inn, which does good food and regularly has live music, it's about a 5 minute drive away but to far to walk due to lack of footpaths.
Disliked you need a car to go anywhere and the pub is permanently closed. it's great for a 1-2 night stay but no more I'd say. Wouldn't recommend if you have children.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Lots of space. Out of season so plenty of choice. The owner called just ahead of our arrival to inform us of everything as the pub is closed, which was great as our arrival was going to be quite late. Great spot to get to a ferry or Euro tunnel the following day.
