Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked: Nice site, peaceful and clean.
Disliked: Nothing was included in the site price. Was asked to pay £10.75 for a round of crazy golf. We didn't. And neither did anybody else. If you've spent that much on a course (which looked really good) surely you want people to use it. I didn't see anyone on it the whole weekend.

Liked: Bathrooms were clean
Disliked: Would not accept our kids to activities we paid for and NOT return money, rubbish!!! The four by four was really lame, silly expensive for 5min ride.

From the manager: Thank you for your recent feedback. As I understand it, your children were not allowed to participate in the activities, as they were under the minimum age requirements, as advertised on the website. As this was discovered within 3 days of the booking, as per our terms and conditions, no refund was due. I am sorry that you felt disappointed with this but these are rules that are in place for health and safety, as well as participant enjoyment and are non-negotiable.

Liked: Well I’m a well travelled camper. And this camp site literally has it all. We stayed in an electric tent pitch which was a generous size and I noticed the whole ground is kept well maintained. The fishing lake is proper nice too. Caught plenty of fish. Toilets and shower were probably the best we’ve encountered on a camp site. Cleaned very well, and very nice hot water with pressure. There’s also a cafe/ restaurant and bar, we used both and the breakfast was very good. Not a greasy spoon type. Butcher quality meat. And the cocktails were rather good too at the bar. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back.

Liked: The large amount of activities we were able to do! The large field space, restaurant was nice tooo
Disliked: Could potentially give customers the option of staying in a quiet field. Due to the amount of unruley children running around the entire field. Shouting & swearing was off putting. If a quiet field where no children were added we would definitely be back again.
