What customers say
This New Forest campsite offers a beautiful woodland setting with plenty of space and the opportunity to choose your own pitch. Visitors praise the clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and the chance to see ponies and other wildlife roaming freely. The location is ideal for walking and cycling, with easy access to Brockenhurst. Some minor issues noted include road noise, occasional overcrowding during peak times, and dated showers. Despite these points, most guests highly recommend the site and plan to return.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely spacious campsite in the heart of the new forest with relaxed pitching, you just find a suitable spot and pitch up provided you are six meters away from the closest tent. Very well maintained toilets and showers which are strategically placed around the site with drinking water fill up points close by. I cant really think of anything negative to say about hollands wood.
Disliked Nothing but possibly more areas for children and possibly a play area with some equipment.

Disliked Ground like concrete , just as well we had hardened pegs. No electric hook up . No wifi

Overall we would come back.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Considering how busy it was (we went 8th-10th August) it was busy, but noise level was quiet and all seemed to respect the quiet times.
Disliked Having only one disabled toilet/shower unit per block, seems crazy for the size of the site. Normal showers were dirty and not pleasant finding what looked like a head of hair all over the floor. Wasn’t just on one occasion, maybe they should be cleaned and checked more often.
