Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Great location for short walks and hikes in the areas. The site was absolutely clean, spotless and the facilities were amazing and spacious (Toilets, showers, sinks, wash up areas, bar/restaurant, outdoor play area). Greatly and fairly priced for 2 nights at £62. For any extras required Carnforth was only a 5minute drive away for the likes of a Tesco Superstore/Aldi.
Disliked WiFi kept disconnecting frequently. But the network connection I had was great. Who really needs to be on there phone whilst camping anyway.

Family friendly break
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Nothing negative to say! Large well kept camping field, spotlessly clean facilities, lovely location, family friendly but quiet, friendly reception team and warden,WiFi, dog exercise area, supermarkets couple minutes drive away… list goes on. We didn’t visit the bar/restaurant so can’t comment on this, but overall excellent stay!

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Size of tenting field, availability of wardens when needed, very clean facilities and friendliness of staff
Disliked Tenting is far from reception so unless you are fit and healthy, would be better going in the car but didn’t affect us directly during our stay (just an observation)

Would definitely camp there again
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Great location, toilet block amazing, food really good and reasonable in the pub
Disliked We got a flat area on the tent field but if you don’t manage to get the top or bottom then the field is sloped. It’s a shame they don’t allow gazebos
