Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Basic and clean facilities close to pitches. Dog friendly and adult only. Cafe and pub near by. Helpful and down to earth host. Exceptional homemade marmalade to purchase on site. This is a working farm so expect some noise from the animals.

Disliked Showers aren’t great
Very noisy site not particularly level
Dogs barking all through the night regular with no let up.
Car alarms going off.
No mobile signal on Vodafone network
No easy for walks unless you want to go straight up the hill the. Very muddy path.
Busy road with no protection if you decide to walk to pub. Which wasn’t great either.

Awesome place, can’t wait to go back.
Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Location was great, we parked up at 2 and managed to get up White Side and Raise, could have gone on for ages. Definitely will be using this spot for getting to future peaks. Facilities were great - shower, toilet, washing up area, water.
Vibe was very chill, we just found a spot to hook up which was no pressure.
Was quiet, it is a working farm, but honestly the noise was next to nothing.
Disliked Top pitches were a lot n a slant so need ramps, but honestly nothing to be done about it.
2pm is a late check in too, kind of lose a day, but it is what it is.

Great for the price!
Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely owner, clean facilities, had what we needed, no more and no less. Felt very welcome.
Disliked Unfortunately my ear plugs couldn’t drown out the sheep, dogs & donkey all night so had a very broken sleep. I also wish we could have tapped a card to use the shower instead of relying on coins which we didn’t have.

Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Great little spot, very remote but ideal for a stop away. Everyone there was really helpful and nice to chat too. Weather was poor so didn’t see to much of the site but it was all clean and tidy from what I could see
