What customers say
This is a peaceful, well-maintained campsite praised for its stunning views, generous pitch sizes, and clean basic facilities including hot showers. Its convenient location close to the M6 is ideal for exploring the Lake District. While some guests found access roads narrow and pitches uneven, many recommend the site for its quiet atmosphere and value for money, with plans to return. Manager replies indicate a commitment to addressing feedback.

Liked Great little campsite. . Quiet and peaceful and great views
Disliked With having a longer motorhome , was a bit wary driving along single track road to the campsite. . There are passing places but would be quite tight if you met anything other than a small car.
